Who we are

Graha is made by Tiny Serious ("we", "us"). If you have any question about this policy, write to support@tinyserious.com.

What the app collects

Nothing. We do not collect, receive, store or share any personal data through the Graha app. The app contains no analytics, crash reporting, advertising or tracking code, and no third-party software development kits that could collect data.

What the app stores on your device

To work, Graha keeps the following on your device only. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else.

• Birth records you enter — name, birth date and time, and birthplace — together with your chart settings. They are kept in the app's own storage and written with complete file protection, which means they are encrypted whenever your device is locked.
• A small summary for the widget. If you use the Home Screen widget, the app leaves a file in a container shared only with its own widget, holding what the widget displays: the selected chart's name, the running dasha periods, the Moon's sign and phase, and the next event. It holds no birth date, time or place. It is encrypted until you first unlock your device after a restart, so the widget can draw while the device is locked, and it is removed when you delete the chart it belongs to.
• Notification schedule. If you allow notifications, the app schedules them locally with iOS. Nothing is sent from a server.
• Simple preferences, such as which zodiac you chose and which notifications are switched on, and the date you first opened the app and how many times you have opened it since, used only to decide when to ask for an App Store rating.

Place search runs against a city list bundled inside the app, so searching for a birthplace sends no query anywhere.

Backups

If you have iCloud Backup or computer backups switched on, Apple includes the app's data — including your saved charts — in those backups, as it does for other apps. That is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; we never see it.

Exports and sharing

When you export a report, image or data file, the app prepares it on your device and hands it to the iOS share sheet. Where it goes next is your choice. The prepared file is protected in the same way as your charts and deleted when you close the export screen.

Purchases

Graha Pro is sold through the App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never receive your name, payment details or Apple Account. The app only learns whether Pro is unlocked on your device. See Apple's privacy policy.

Deleting your data

Delete a chart by swiping left on it in the Charts list. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your device. Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts or fonts. Like any website, the service that hosts it may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, for a short time to keep the site secure and running. We do not use them to identify you.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, and use them only to reply to you. We delete support correspondence when it is no longer needed.

Children

Graha collects no personal data from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR, KVKK or the CCPA give you rights over personal data held about you. Since the app holds no personal data on our side, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete, but you are welcome to contact us about any request at support@tinyserious.com.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the app ever begins to collect data, the policy will say so before that version is released.
