Most questions are answered in the FAQ. If yours isn't, write to us.

What to include

• Your device and iOS version.
• The Graha version, shown in Settings → About Graha.
• What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
• For a chart question, the settings you used: zodiac, ayanamsa and house system.

You don't need to send anyone's birth details. If a specific chart is the problem and you choose to share it, we use it only to answer you, and delete it once we have.

Purchases

Restore Graha Pro

On a new device, or after reinstalling: sign in with the Apple Account you bought with, open Graha, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. The same button is at the top of the Pro screen.

Family Sharing

Graha Pro supports Family Sharing. Family members get it by opening Graha and tapping Restore purchases.

Refunds

Apple handles all payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue them ourselves and never see your payment details.

Common problems

A chart is an hour off, or the Ascendant looks wrong

Check the birth time and the birthplace first. Graha works out the time zone and any summer time from the place and date, so a wrong place — or a time already converted to another zone — shifts the whole chart. Then check the ayanamsa and house system in Settings; a different choice from another app is the usual reason two charts disagree.

No notifications arrive

Make sure notifications are allowed for Graha in the iPhone's Settings app, and that the kinds you want are switched on in Graha's Settings. Graha plans the next notifications, including a month of sky notes, each time you open it, so open it now and then to keep them coming.

The widget is empty or out of date

The widget draws from your selected chart. Open Graha's Today tab once so it can prepare the next two days of entries; opening it now and then keeps the widget current.
